I booked this company based off of all the 5 star reviews. Unfortunately I did not have the same experience. Once dried, noticed couch still dirty. I ended up purchasing my own upholstery cleaner to finish the job. Technician also left large puddles of water under and around couch. He said his mop was too dirty from last job so couldn’t mop it up so I thought maybe it wouldn’t be that bad, until I went to mop up myself and realised how bad it actually was. Communication was prompt and friendly though.

Absolutely amazing work!! With 20 year old carpet and a lot of stains we weren't sure how it would come up, but honestly it's perfect. Fast, friendly service. Highly recommend!!

Had our living room rug cleaned this morning and it looks like a different colour!! These guys are amazing and got years of dirt out and left the rug smelling beautiful! Very punctual and great customer service!

Cute Carpet Cleaning are absolutely amazing. From start to finish they were reliable, professional, incredibly affordable, and genuinely lovely to deal with. The quality of their work honestly exceeded my expectations.

They did a fantastic job on my carpets – everything looks fresh, clean, and renewed, even in high-traffic areas. You can tell they really take pride in what they do and don’t rush the job. The attention to detail was outstanding.

On top of that, they were punctual, easy to communicate with, and made the whole process completely stress-free (which is priceless when you’re already juggling a lot). Their pricing is extremely fair for the level of service and results they deliver.

If you’re looking for a carpet cleaner who is trustworthy, efficient, affordable, and genuinely excellent at what they do, I cannot recommend Cute Carpet Cleaning highly enough. I will absolutely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know.
